2. Claf platform role
Claf operates a platform that helps customers discover and book services and helps approved providers manage and receive work. Availability, service quality, location coverage, and provider participation may change over time.
3. Accounts
You may need an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Customer bookings
Customers may use Claf to request, schedule, and manage services. By placing a booking, you agree to provide accurate contact, address, and service information so Claf and participating providers can fulfil the request properly.
5. Provider participation
Service providers who use Claf Pro must provide accurate business and service information, maintain current availability and qualifications where required, and comply with platform standards, customer expectations, and any applicable laws or licensing requirements.
6. Pricing and payments
Pricing, transport charges, fees, and refund handling may vary by service category, provider workflow, location, and operational rules. When payments are processed through Claf or a payment partner, you agree to the applicable payment terms presented at checkout.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund outcomes may depend on the service type, timing, provider assignment state, and whether work has already been performed or scheduled. Claf may apply platform policies and operational rules when reviewing refund or cancellation requests.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Claf for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity
- misrepresent your identity, qualifications, availability, or booking intent
- interfere with the platform, its infrastructure, or other users
- attempt unauthorized access to data, systems, or accounts
- copy, scrape, or exploit the platform beyond permitted use
9. Content and intellectual property
Claf and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, design, branding, software, and related intellectual property. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service except as permitted by law or by Claf in writing.
10. Third-party services
Claf may rely on third-party services for authentication, mapping, payments, messaging, analytics, hosting, and other operational functions. Use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Disclaimers
Claf is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location or category at all times.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claf and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the platform.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Claf if we believe an account violates these Terms, creates risk for customers, providers, or the platform, or is otherwise inappropriate for continued use.
14. Changes to the service and terms
We may update or change the platform, categories, workflows, and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Claf after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to the Claf operating entity and its governing jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
