1. Who we are
Claf operates a local-services platform that helps customers discover, book, and manage services, and helps service providers receive, coordinate, and complete work through the Claf Provider app. In this policy, “Claf,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the Claf business entity operating the service.
2. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- account details such as your name, email address, phone number, and login credentials
- profile information you submit as a customer or service provider
- booking details such as selected services, addresses, scheduling preferences, and service notes

3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- create and manage customer and provider accounts
- process bookings, provider assignment, scheduling, and service operations
- facilitate payments, refunds, and related financial records
- communicate about bookings, account activity, support issues, and service changes
- improve the quality, reliability, and safety of the Claf platform

4. How we share information
We may share information with:
- service providers when necessary to deliver booked services

5. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment partners. Claf does not store full payment card details on its own systems unless explicitly stated otherwise in a service-specific flow. Payment providers may collect and process your payment information according to their own privacy notices.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, maintain account history, support bookings and provider operations, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information. You may also have rights to object to certain uses of data or request a copy of your information. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Customers can also delete their Claf account directly inside the mobile app. To do this, open the app, go to Profile, and use the Delete account option. When you confirm deletion in the app, we will remove the account and associated profile data available through that flow and sign you out of the service.
Service provider accounts are connected to active service operations, payout records, compliance checks, and business relationship records, so they cannot be deleted directly from the Claf Provider app. If you are a service provider and want to request account deletion, please contact your Claf representative or email support@claf.app from the email address linked to your provider account. We will review the request, verify your identity, close out any active operational or payout matters where required, and delete or de-identify provider account data where we are no longer required to retain it for legal, financial, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.
9. Children’s privacy
Claf is not intended for use by children under the age required by applicable law to consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child in a way that requires removal, we will take appropriate steps.
10. International processing
Claf and its service providers may process information in different countries. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure personal information is handled in accordance with applicable law.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date on this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice inside the service.
12. Contact us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or would like to submit a privacy request, contact Claf through the support channels listed in the app or on the website.
